You are cordially invited to a members meeting of The Barbados ICT Professionals’ Association (BIPA) on Monday, April 24th, 2017beginning 6:00 p.m., at the Shell Suite, Solution Centre, UWI, Cave Hill.
It is envisioned that ICT perspectives impacting the region’s economy, more specifically Barbados’, will drive the discussion, while rationalizing prospects for home grown potential, emanating from right here at home, i.e. University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados Community College and Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic graduates.
Ultimately, thought processes should be engaged in determining whether economic growth is being channeled via ICTs, nurturing requisite financial gains, or whether ICT activity are simply spinning tops in mud?
The panelists for the evening’s discussion are drawn from Academia, The Economic Sector, The Public Sector, The Private Sector.
